Quinn Williams is a corporate partner and Chair of the Emerging Business and Venture Capital Group for the law firm of Greenberg Traurig. His practice is concentrated primarily in the corporate, acquisition and equity capital transactions.
Mr. Williams has spoken and published many articles on the subjects of financing technology-based businesses and the creation of public/private partnerships to foster entrepreneurial growth. He currently serves on the executive committee of the Governor’s Tech Council, board of the Scottsdale Chamber and is President of the Enterprise Network. Mr. Williams is a past Chair of the Greater Phoenix Economic Council, founding chair of the Arizona Technology Incubator Venture Fund, the Governor's Small Business Executive Council, and the Arizona Venture Capital Conference. Mr. Williams received the 1994 Arizona Entrepreneur of the Year Award and the 1995 SBA Region IX Award for his efforts in helping finance emerging companies. Mr. Williams received his B.B.A. in Business Finance from the University of Wisconsin Madison and law degree at the University of Arizona.
