Pat Stoner is a senior executive with a proven ability to build and lead dynamic, results-oriented organizations. His background includes a unique combination of sales and financial management experience, which has enabled him to lead two stagnated companies to dramatic increases in sales and profitability. As a result of these accomplishments, AZSoft.net (the Arizona Software & Internet Association) recognized Pat as "Leader of the Year" for 2001. Also under his leadership, Omega Legal Systems received the prestigious "Company of the Year" award for 1999. Pat filled in as Co-interim President of the Arizona Technology Council and currently serves as Vice-chairman for the organization. He was also appointed to the Governor’s Council on Innovation and Technology in January of 2003, where he Chairs the Technology Business Infrastructure Committee.

Career Highlights

• Served as President for an e-learning company where he was brought in to orchestrate a three-year exit strategy. The company experienced 74% growth in its first year under Pat's direction, which led to the successful sale of the company after just 20 months—16 months ahead of goal.
• While President of a financial management software provider for the legal industry, the company averaged growth of 41% per year, including record growth of 140% in Pat's last full year with the organization.
• As VP of Sales & Marketing for a national developer of ERP systems for the food distribution industry, Pat lead implementation teams in both project management and sales.

Education

Mr. Stoner holds a Bachelors of Science, Business Administration degree, with a major in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire. He also passed the Certified Public Accountants exam and practiced as a CPA in Wisconsin.

Personal

Pat has been a resident of Arizona since April of 1984. He currently resides in Phoenix with his wife, Patti and daughter, Megan.
