Microsoft Corporation
Jack Braman is the general manager for the Southwest District. He is responsible for managing sales, systems engineering, marketing and consulting for the district, which encompasses the states of Arizona and New Mexico and portions of Southern Nevada.
Braman brings to his position over 20 years of experience, 16 of those years with Microsoft, in developing and executing successful sales and customer strategies in the information technology industry. Most recently, he was director of the West/Central Region Education Solutions Group, where he was responsible for leading a sales team focused on delivering solutions that enable education customers to realize their full potential. His team also achieved the distinction of #1 growth region for two consecutive years.
Other roles within Microsoft have included serving as general manager of U.S. Enterprise and Channel Sales; director of U.S. Outbound Channel Management and Inside Sales; and Organizational Customer Unit Manager for the Phoenix and Irvine, Calif. areas.
Prior to joining Microsoft, Braman spent three years with Nynex Business Centers, where he was responsible for retail sales and assigned account sales for the company’s Orange, Calif. location. He also served as a marketing sales assistant for the IBM Product Center, where he was responsible for floor sales, PC configurations and assisted with assigning accounts sales.
Braman earned a B.S. in management from Pepperdine University. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, boating, reading and classic car restoration. He currently resides in Phoenix. |
