 William M. Hardin is a member of the law firm of Osborn Maledon, P.A. where he maintains a general business and transactional practice. Mr. Hardin’s practice includes representation of public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings and other public and private securities financings. Mr. Hardin’s practice also includes representation of growth companies in establishing strategic relationships, joint ventures, technology licensing and distribution agreements, executive employment and compensation arrangements and other matters. His civic activities have included service on the boards of directors of the Arizona Human Rights Fund, Arizona Software Association and Enterprise Network and as a member of the Phoenix Arts Commission and the Arizona Heart Institute IRB. Mr. Hardin received his law degree, with honors, from the University of Chicago in 1982. |
