Chairman Ed Zito called the meeting to order at 4:45 p.m. and welcomed council members and the public in attendance.

Approval of Minutes

The Chairman asked for a motion to approve the September 2003 minutes. Council Member Gil Jimenez so moved. Seconded by Pat Stoner. Motion carried.

Innovation and Technology Strategy Overview

Chairman Zito provided an overview of the Council’s accomplishments for 2003.

Final Draft Recommendations

The Technology Business Infrastructure, Technology Commercialization, and Capital Formation committee chairs provided a final draft of their committee’s recommendations for Arizona’s strategic plan on innovation and technology. The recommendations are posted on the Council’s website – www.gcit.az.gov.
